Abstract

This paper analyzes the legal protection of intangible assets of a religious nature. Specifically, those festivities, celebrations and traditions that were born with a religious purpose, mainly of faith transmission, to which over time have been attached other social, cultural elements, etc., that make them creditors of special consideration regarding these values. Starting from its peculiar status will be necessary to achieve a balance between the legal protection of the cultural and cultural value shared by these goods
