Abstract

Since several decades, Catholic Church is taking actions all over the world in order to remove and prevent sexual abuses in its spheres. These initiatives more every day assume the standards accepted by the international community. In this article is suggested that the Church, based on clear evangelic principles, may contribute to prevention and elimination of sexual abuses. Besides, this contribution would reflect its own ecclesial identity and would strengthen the Church in order to generate original best practices that eventually foster its preventive efforts in its spheres and could also be used by other organizations. The article suggest some of these possible best practices.
